Supporting data for "Establishing Human Respiratory Epithelial Organoid Culture Systems for Modeling SARS-CoV-2 Infection"

This is the complete dataset for the thesis "Establishing Human Respiratory Epithelial Organoid Culture Systems for Modeling SARS-CoV-2 Infection". <br> The file directory and description can be found in the README.txt file. Both raw data and processed data were included in this dataset. <br> In this study, human tissues were collected for the generation of organoids after approval by the Institutional Review Board of the University of Hong Kong/Hospital Authority Hong Kong West Cluster (UW13-364 and UW21-695). All experiments with live viruses were conducted in biosafety level 3 laboratories after approval by the Faculty of Medicine, The University of Hong Kong. Other detailed methodology can be found in the "Chapter 2 - Materials and Methods" of the thesis. <br> Part of the data has been published in PNAS (10.1073/pnas.1806308115) and Cell Discovery (10.1038/s41421-022-00422-1). <br> <br>

本数据集为论文《建立人呼吸道上皮类器官培养体系以模拟严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2（SARS-CoV-2）感染》的完整配套数据集。<br>数据集的文件目录与详细说明可参见README.txt文件。本数据集涵盖原始数据与处理后数据。<br>本研究中，用于构建类器官的人组织样本采集工作已获得香港大学/香港医院管理局香港西院区伦理审查委员会批准（审批编号：UW13-364、UW21-695）。所有活病毒相关实验均在经香港大学医学院批准的生物安全3级实验室中开展。其余详细实验方法可参阅该论文的“第2章 材料与方法”章节。<br>本数据集部分内容已发表于《美国国家科学院院刊》（PNAS，DOI: 10.1073/pnas.1806308115）及《细胞发现》（Cell Discovery，DOI: 10.1038/s41421-022-00422-1）。<br><br>
