根据自定规则对顶针机专利数据进行检索分析，了解顶针机专利情况，有助于顶针机成果转化，也有利于了解顶针机技术发展趋势及核心技术，有助于企业避免重复研发及侵犯他人的知识产权。数据来源：中国专利数据库中有关顶针机的专利数据。算法规则：本数据基于 AHP 模型，从发明人数量、代理机构情况、被引用专利数量、优先权国家/地区、Cpc分类、简单同族专利申请、ipc分类数量、战略新兴产业八大价值维度，赋予相应的系数，并将六类价值之和定义为专利综合价值，利用IFS函数对专利进行价值判定，用于评价现有专利价值，为本领域技术人员、市场主体、成果转化机构提供技术支撑。算法规则包括：1.Cpc分类数量得分，每有一个cpc数量得2分，2.ipc分类数量得分，每有一个ipc的2分，3.简单同族专利申请数量得分，每有一个简单同族专利申请则得10分，4.是否为战略新兴产业得分，是战略新兴产业得30分（1代表是战略新兴产业，0代表不是战略新兴产业），5.优先权国家/地区个数得分，每有一个则的5分， 6.被引用专利数量得分，每有一个被引用得20分，7.代理机构得分，有代理机构的1分（0代表无代理，1代表有代理），8.发明人得分，每有一个发明人加一分。

This dataset is based on the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) model, where corresponding coefficients are assigned to eight value dimensions including the number of inventors, agency information, number of cited patents, priority countries/regions, CPC classifications, number of simple family patent applications, number of IPC classifications, and strategic emerging industries. The sum of six types of values is defined as the comprehensive patent value, and the IFS function is used to judge the patent value for evaluating existing patent values, providing technical support for technical personnel in the field, market entities, and achievement transformation institutions. The specific algorithm rules are as follows: 1. CPC classification quantity score: 2 points are awarded for each CPC classification. 2. IPC classification quantity score: 2 points are awarded for each IPC classification. 3. Simple family patent application score: 10 points are awarded for each simple family patent application. 4. Strategic emerging industry score: 30 points are awarded if the patent belongs to strategic emerging industries (1 represents yes, 0 represents no). 5. Priority country/region count score: 5 points are awarded for each priority country/region. 6. Cited patent count score: 20 points are awarded for each cited patent. 7. Agency score: 1 point is awarded if there is a patent agency (0 represents no agency, 1 represents with agency). 8. Inventor score: 1 point is added for each inventor.
