Dummy cfDNA samples

The archive contains 25 control and 25 cancer dummy sequencing read files (.fq.gz) created by merging multiple real files from healthy controls and lung cancer patients respectively, followed by random downsampling to 100k reads. The original files were produced by shallow whole genome 150 bp paired end sequencing of plasma cfDNA samples. The included metadata file contains the phenotype information.

本数据集归档包含25份对照样本与25份癌症样本的模拟测序读段文件（.fq.gz），二者分别通过合并健康对照与肺癌患者的多份真实测序文件后，经随机下采样至10万条读段生成。原始测序文件源自对血浆循环游离DNA（circulating cell-free DNA，cfDNA）样本开展的浅层全基因组150bp双端测序。本次归档附带的元数据文件包含样本表型信息。
