Filamentproduction using DOE here Taguchi Method

This dataset was created when producing PLA filament using a 3devo filament extruder. One dataset is for pure PLA, one for recycled PLA out of crushed and tried old prints.
As DOE method a Taguchi analysis was used. Mittels dieser Analogie konnten bessere Parameter setze gefunden werden als vom Hersteller vorgegeben. However, within the experiment it turned out that by chance a very good parameter set could be found, Run 11, which led to a significantly better quality of the filament. Recycled filament is not yet suitable for high-quality use with this method - further research is necessary.

本数据集基于采用3devo丝材挤出机制备聚乳酸（PLA）丝材的实验生成。其中一组数据集对应纯聚乳酸丝材，另一组则对应以粉碎回收的旧3D打印件为原料制备的再生聚乳酸丝材。
本实验采用田口分析作为实验设计（Design of Experiments, DOE）方法，可获得优于设备厂商预设参数的更优参数组合。但实验过程中意外发现，第11号实验组所采用的参数组合性能极佳，其所制备的丝材质量显著优于其他组别。
采用该方法制备的再生聚乳酸丝材目前仍不适用于高精度应用场景，仍需开展进一步研究工作。
