Berkeley - Hybrid Shake Table Testing of Isolated Steel Moment Frame

Hybrid shake table testing. The test specimen is a 2-story, 2-bay steel IMRF mounted on Triple Pendulum System (TPS) friction bearings. The test specimen represents the top two stories of a larger structure. The response of the lower section is calculated and used as the input motion for the shake table, and the response of the test specimen is input back into the analysis of the lower section for the next time step.

混合振动台试验。试验试件为安装于三摆系统（Triple Pendulum System，TPS）摩擦支座的2层2跨钢IMRF（Intermediate Moment Resisting Frame，中等弯矩抗侧框架），该试件仅代表大型结构的顶部两层。下部结构的响应经计算后作为振动台的输入运动，而试验试件的响应则被反馈至下部结构的分析流程中，用于下一时间步的分析计算。
