dune-ax1 Simulation Data

Simulation data generated with the Dune model dune-ax1. Currently, there is data on which my 2013 Biophysical Journal paper is based on. Structure: The simulation data contains a main folder with mostly gnuplot data files and some debug/diagnostics information. The subfolder 'hdf5' contains values of alle the unknowns as well as domain information for each time step.
