IMOS SOOP Underway Data from AIMS Vessel RV Cape Ferguson Trip 5435 From 03 Apr 2012 To 09 Apr 2012

'Ships of Opportunity' (SOOP) is a facility of the Australian 'Integrated Marine Observing System' (IMOS) project. This data set was collected by the SOOP sub-facility 'Sensors on Tropical Research Vessels' aboard the RV Cape Ferguson Trip 5435.\n\nInstrumentation was deployed for measuring Seawater Intake Temperature at 1.9m on trip 5435 from 03 Apr 2012 through to 09 Apr 2012, and the installation was located at/on RV Cape Ferguson. Sensor deployed was a SBE 38 remote temperature sensor manufactured by Sea-Bird Electronics, Inc., model SBE 38. \n\nInstrumentation was deployed for measuring Salinity at 1.9m on trip 5435 from 03 Apr 2012 through to 09 Apr 2012, and the installation was located at/on RV Cape Ferguson. Sensor deployed was a SBE 21 conductivity cell manufactured by Sea-Bird Electronics, Inc., model SBE 21. \n\nInstrumentation was deployed for measuring Turbidity at 1.9m on trip 5435 from 03 Apr 2012 through to 09 Apr 2012, and the installation was located at/on RV Cape Ferguson. Sensor deployed was a Wet Labs FLNTU-RT Optical sensor (Turbidity and Fluorescence) manufactured by Wetlabs, model FLNTU-RT. \n\nInstrumentation was deployed for measuring Fluorescence at 1.9m on trip 5435 from 03 Apr 2012 through to 09 Apr 2012, and the installation was located at/on RV Cape Ferguson. Sensor deployed was a Wet Labs FLNTU-RT Optical sensor (Turbidity and Fluorescence) manufactured by Wetlabs, model FLNTU-RT.

机遇船舶观测计划（Ships of Opportunity, SOOP）是澳大利亚综合海洋观测系统（Integrated Marine Observing System, IMOS）项目下设的观测设施。本数据集由SOOP子设施“热带研究船传感器（Sensors on Tropical Research Vessels）”搭载于“开普·弗格森号（RV Cape Ferguson）”第5435次航次采集获取。

本次航次于2012年4月3日至4月9日期间，在1.9米水深部署了海水取水温度测量装置，安装位置位于“开普·弗格森号”船上，所用传感器为Sea-Bird Electronics有限公司生产的SBE 38型远程温度传感器。

本次航次同期在1.9米水深部署了盐度测量装置，安装位置位于“开普·弗格森号”船上，所用传感器为Sea-Bird Electronics有限公司生产的SBE 21型电导率传感单元。

本次航次同期在1.9米水深部署了浊度测量装置，安装位置位于“开普·弗格森号”船上，所用传感器为Wetlabs公司生产的FLNTU-RT型光学传感器（可同步测量浊度与荧光）。
