Mice underwent splenectomy one week prior to sham or pUS treatment (Day 0). Twenty-four hours following pUS or sham, mice were injected with Folic Acid (FA). B) Plasma creatinine and C) Plasma BUN at 48h following FA. D) Percent change in body weight (BW) 48 hours after FA (Day 0). E) Kidney weight (right and left) at the time of harvest normalized to body weight of each mouse (Day 0). Data are represented as mean ± SEM. Significance was determined using the unpaired Student’s t test.

所有数据以平均值±标准误(standard error of the mean, SEM)表示。显著性差异采用非配对双侧Student t检验进行分析。
