FOXK2 transcriptionally activating VEGFA induces apatinib resistance in anaplastic thyroid cancer through VEGFA/VEGFR1 pathway (ChIP-seq)

Chromatin immunoprecipitation -seq analysis of FOXK2 was performed on(Anaplastic thyroid cancer cell line) CAL-62 cells(WT). Overall design: Chromatin immunoprecipitation -seq analysis of FOXK2 (ILF-1) was performed on(Anaplastic thyroid cancer cell line) CAL62 cells(WT).本研究对野生型（WT）未分化甲状腺癌细胞系CAL-62细胞开展了叉头框K2（FOXK2）的染色质免疫共沉淀测序（Chromatin immunoprecipitation-seq）分析。总体实验设计：针对野生型（WT）未分化甲状腺癌细胞系CAL-62细胞，完成叉头框K2（FOXK2，又称ILF-1）的染色质免疫共沉淀测序分析。
