Whole genome sequencing of four Pseudogymnoascus species genome sequencing and assembly

Four diverse Pseudogymnoascus species isolated from cave sediment and surface soil were sequenced. The goal of the study was to understand genes relating to environmental function in Pseudogymnoascus.
