Whole genome sequencing of four Pseudogymnoascus species genome sequencing and assembly

Four diverse Pseudogymnoascus species isolated from cave sediment and surface soil were sequenced. The goal of the study was to understand genes relating to environmental function in Pseudogymnoascus.从洞穴沉积物及表层土壤中分离得到的4株具有多样性的假裸囊菌属（Pseudogymnoascus）物种已完成测序。本研究旨在阐明假裸囊菌属中与环境功能相关的基因。
