We aimed to detect the mRNA expression levels in HGC-27 cells after transduction with lentivirus harboring DDX5 shRNA or non-targeting shRNA. Overall design: Totally, two samples were examined: HGC-27 cell transduced with lentivirus harboring DDX5 shRNA or non-targeting shRNA.
本研究旨在检测转导携带DDX5短发夹RNA(short hairpin RNA)或非靶向短发夹RNA(short hairpin RNA)的慢病毒后,HGC-27细胞的mRNA表达水平。整体实验设计:共检测2组样本,一组为转导携带DDX5 shRNA的慢病毒的HGC-27细胞,另一组为转导携带非靶向shRNA的慢病毒的HGC-27细胞。
