Gene expression changes in Mettl3-deleted mouse oviduct on gestational day 3

We specifically deleted Mettl3 in the female reproductive tract using the Pgr-Cre driver. To portray the molecular mechanism for Mettl3 function in oviduct, whole oviduct were collected from Mettl3f/f and Mettl3d/d mice on gestational day 3 and subjected to RNA-seq analysis. Oviduct tissues were collected from Mettl3f/f and Mettl3d/d mice on gestational day 3 and subjected to RNA-seq analysis.

我们利用Pgr-Cre驱动系统特异性敲除雌性生殖道内的Mettl3基因。为阐明Mettl3在输卵管中的分子作用机制，我们于妊娠第3天从Mettl3f/f及Mettl3d/d小鼠体内采集完整输卵管组织并进行RNA测序（RNA-seq）分析。我们同样于妊娠第3天采集Mettl3f/f与Mettl3d/d小鼠的输卵管组织，开展RNA-seq分析。
