Loci ID correspondence and subsets for the schemas deposited on Chewie-NS

This dataset includes files with loci subsets for the schemas deposited in Chewie-NS (e.g. the list of core loci to perform cgMLST). Each ZIP archive includes files with loci subsets for the schemas of a specific species. The contents of each ZIP archive are the following: species10_Ecoli.zip -- contains the loci subsets for the schemas of species with ID=10 (Escherichia coli) in Chewie-NS. species10_Ecoli_schema1 -- contains the loci subsets for the schema with ID=1 (more information about the schema creation process and the definition of the loci subsets is available here). species10_Ecoli_schema1_cgMLST99_chewieNS_IDs.txt -- contains the core loci defined based on a loci presence threshold of 99%. species10_Ecoli_schema1_cgMLST99_chewieNS_to_original_IDs.tsv -- contains the correspondence between the core loci defined based on a loci presence threshold of 99% and the original loci IDs as defined here. species14_Senterica.zip -- contains the loci subsets for the schemas of species with ID=14 (Salmonella enterica) in Chewie-NS. species14_Senterica_schema1 -- contains the loci subsets for the schema with ID=1 (more information about the schema creation process and the definition of the loci subsets is available here). species14_Senterica_schema1_cgMLST99_chewieNS_IDs.txt -- contains the core loci defined based on a loci presence threshold of 99%. species14_Senterica_schema1_cgMLST99_chewieNS_to_original_IDs.tsv -- contains the correspondence between the core loci defined based on a loci presence threshold of 99% and the original loci IDs as defined here.本数据集包含针对已提交至Chewie-NS的分型方案的基因座子集文件（例如用于开展核心基因组多位点序列分型（core genome Multilocus Sequence Typing，cgMLST）所需的核心基因座列表）。每个压缩归档文件均包含针对某一特定物种的分型方案的基因座子集文件。每个压缩归档文件的内容结构如下： species10_Ecoli.zip：包含Chewie-NS中物种ID为10的大肠埃希菌（*Escherichia coli*）的分型方案对应的基因座子集文件。 species10_Ecoli_schema1：包含ID为1的分型方案对应的基因座子集文件（如需了解分型方案构建流程及基因座子集定义的更多信息，可点击此处查看）。 species10_Ecoli_schema1_cgMLST99_chewieNS_IDs.txt：包含基于99%基因座存在阈值定义的核心基因座列表。 species10_Ecoli_schema1_cgMLST99_chewieNS_to_original_IDs.tsv：包含基于99%基因座存在阈值定义的核心基因座与原文中定义的原始基因座ID之间的对应关系。 species14_Senterica.zip：包含Chewie-NS中物种ID为14的肠炎沙门氏菌（*Salmonella enterica*）的分型方案对应的基因座子集文件。 species14_Senterica_schema1：包含ID为1的分型方案对应的基因座子集文件（如需了解分型方案构建流程及基因座子集定义的更多信息，可点击此处查看）。 species14_Senterica_schema1_cgMLST99_chewieNS_IDs.txt：包含基于99%基因座存在阈值定义的核心基因座列表。 species14_Senterica_schema1_cgMLST99_chewieNS_to_original_IDs.tsv：包含基于99%基因座存在阈值定义的核心基因座与原文中定义的原始基因座ID之间的对应关系。
