Comparative transcriptomic analysis of pre-plasma germinal center B cells in wild type and Kdm6b B knockout models

This study aims to characterize the transcriptome in wild type and Kdm6b B KO pre-Plasma germinal center B cells, and find the potential mechanism of the Kdm6b B KO pre-Plasma germinal center B cells? Overall design: Pre-Plasma germinal center B cells from 6 wild type mice and 6 Kdm6b B KO mice.

本研究旨在表征野生型（wild type）与Kdm6b B细胞敲除（Kdm6b B KO）前浆细胞生发中心B细胞的转录组，并探究该类细胞的潜在作用机制。实验设计概述：从6只野生型小鼠及6只Kdm6b B细胞敲除小鼠中分离得到前浆细胞生发中心B细胞。
