This dataset includes 406 samples from non small cell lung cancer patients treated with neoadjuvant anti-PD-1. The Single Cell 5’ V(D)J and 5’ DGE kits (10X Genomics) were used to capture immune repertoire information and gene expression from the same cell in an emulsion-based protocol at the single cell level. Libraries were generated and sequenced on an Illumina NovaSeq instrument using 2x150bp paired end sequencing.EGA dataset EGAD00001007728

本数据集包含406例接受新辅助抗PD-1治疗的非小细胞肺癌（non small cell lung cancer）患者样本。研究采用10X基因组学（10X Genomics）的单细胞5' V(D)J与5'数字基因表达（DGE）试剂盒，通过基于乳液的单细胞实验方案，从同一细胞中同时捕获免疫组库信息与基因表达数据。随后在伊卢米纳NovaSeq（Illumina NovaSeq）测序仪上完成文库构建与测序，采用2×150bp双端测序策略。本数据集对应的EGA编号为EGAD00001007728。
