研究目标：筛选重症创伤患者中后续发生呼吸机相关性肺炎（ventilator-associated pneumonia, VAP）者与未发生VAP的同类患者之间的差异表达基因；基于基因表达差异构建预测模型，以预测患者发生VAP的风险高低。
整体实验设计：本研究为前瞻性观察性研究，对20份患者样本进行基因表达分析，其中10份来自后续发生VAP的患者，另外10份来自未发生VAP的患者。
