研究目标:筛选重症创伤患者中后续发生呼吸机相关性肺炎(ventilator-associated pneumonia, VAP)者与未发生VAP的同类患者之间的差异表达基因;基于基因表达差异构建预测模型,以预测患者发生VAP的风险高低。 整体实验设计:本研究为前瞻性观察性研究,对20份患者样本进行基因表达分析,其中10份来自后续发生VAP的患者,另外10份来自未发生VAP的患者。
