We performed transcriptome analysis using an Agilent custom Fusarium graminearum 8X15k microarray ver1.2 to profile the effects of L-Thr treatment in F. graminearum. Overall design: Four condition experiments. L-Thr treated vs non-treated mycellium of F. graminearum. Mycellium were collected at 36 or 72 hrs after L-Thr or non-treatment. Two biological replicates.

实验设计：共设置4组实验条件，涵盖L-苏氨酸处理与未处理的禾谷镰孢菌菌丝，分别在施加处理或未处理后的36小时、72小时采集样本，每组设置2次生物学重复。
