Local Government Organization at Municipal and County Level, County Sample, 1995

This dataset is taken from the survey "Local Government Organization at Municipal and County Level, 1995", which was conducted by the Norwegian Institute for Urban and Regional Research (NIBR) on behalf of the Ministry of Local Government and Regional Development (KAD). The purpose of the survey was to collect data for KAD's organizational database. This database provides data on various features of municipal organization in most municipalities and county municipalities in Norway. The purpose of the database is to provide a tool that enables municipalities, counties, state authorities, researchers and others with an interest in municipal organization, to be able to obtain an overview of important organizational features of municipalities and counties, either together or individually. The database is currently based on surveys conducted in 1995, 1996 and 2000. KAD aims to update the database of data every four years after the municipal and county council elections.

This file contains data for Norwegian county councils retrieved in 1995. The data set is divided into three main sections:

1. Political organization
2. Administrative organization
3. Audit, information/communication measures and competitive exposure

本数据集源自挪威城市与区域研究所（Norwegian Institute for Urban and Regional Research, NIBR）受地方政府与区域发展部（Ministry of Local Government and Regional Development, KAD）委托开展的《1995年市县地方政府组织》调查。本次调查的目标是为KAD的组织数据库采集相关数据。该数据库收录了挪威绝大多数市镇与郡级市政府的各类组织特征信息，其设计宗旨是为各级地方政府、州级主管部门、研究人员及其他关注地方政府组织的相关方提供工具，使其能够统一或单独查询市县政府的各类重要组织特征概况。当前该数据库基于1995、1996及2000年的调查数据搭建，KAD计划在每届市县议会选举结束后，每四年更新一次该数据库的数据。

本文件包含1995年采集的挪威郡议会相关数据。本数据集分为三大核心板块：
