GEBT .dat files which resulted in a freezing bug

Hi , added here the files from the modified flap example and a new one in which a sinusoidal tip force is apllied and then stopes, again the code runs cleanly until step 9100本次上传了修改后的襟翼（flap）示例相关文件，以及一个新增示例：该示例中对结构末端施加正弦末端作用力（sinusoidal tip force），随后停止施加该作用力，且代码可无报错地顺利运行至第9100步。
