NGS spatial trial

The sequence file contains HiSeq 16S sequences from different compartments of the apple tree root systems. Four trees were sampled and each tree divided into four quadrants around the stem. The entire root system was further divided into four root size sections. Bulk soil samples were taken from each quadrant of each tree. 本序列文件包含来自苹果树根系不同分区的HiSeq(HiSeq) 16S测序序列。共采集4棵苹果树样本，每棵树以树干为中心划分为4个象限区域。整个根系进一步依据根径大小划分为4个分级区段。同时从每棵树的每个象限区域采集了原状土样品。样品的相关配套信息详见元数据(metadata)文件。
