To investigate the distribution of ribosomes in late-stage oocyte to infer their translational status. Overall design: Read patterns in Ribo_Seq libraries are used to infer local enrichment of ribosomes. Corresponding RNA_Seq libraries are used as control to filter out reads enrichment due to experimental artifact.

本研究旨在探究晚期卵母细胞中核糖体的分布特征，进而推断其翻译状态。实验整体设计如下：通过核糖体测序（Ribo_Seq）文库的测序读段模式，推断核糖体的局部富集情况；以对应的RNA测序（RNA_Seq）文库作为对照，以剔除因实验伪迹（experimental artifact）引发的读段富集信号。
