Soil fumigant dazomet is a broad-spectrum nematicide and fungicide that can kill non-target microbes. Fungicides or organic fertilizers are often added after fumigation to improve the recovery of soil microbes. the effect of adding microbial organic fertilizers (MOF) after fumigation on the structure and function of rhizosphere soil microbial communities of crops is unclear. Therefore, we investigated the effects of adding Junweinong and Junlisu MOFs after dazomet fumigation on the structure and function of rhizosphere microbial communities.
土壤熏蒸剂棉隆(dazomet)是一种广谱杀线虫剂与杀菌剂,可杀灭非靶标微生物。熏蒸后通常会施加杀菌剂或有机肥以促进土壤微生物群落的恢复。目前,熏蒸后施加微生物有机肥(microbial organic fertilizers, MOF)对作物根际土壤微生物群落结构与功能的影响尚不明确。为此,本研究探究了棉隆熏蒸后施加菌维农(Junweinong)与菌力素(Junlisu)微生物有机肥对根际微生物群落结构与功能的影响。
