We performed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) on 3 normal thyroid, 7 papillary thyroid cancer (PTC), and 5 anaplstic thyroid cancer (ATC) cases. We used scRNA-seq to analyze serirne/glycine metabolism in thyroid tumors. Overall design: The thyroid cells were obatained from tissues of papillary thyroid cancer and anaplastic thyroid cancer for single-cell RNA sequencing.

我们对3例正常甲状腺组织、7例乳头状甲状腺癌（papillary thyroid cancer, PTC）及5例间变性甲状腺癌（anaplastic thyroid cancer, ATC）病例开展了单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA sequencing, scRNA-seq）。本研究利用该测序技术分析了甲状腺肿瘤中的丝氨酸/甘氨酸代谢通路。实验整体设计：本研究从乳头状甲状腺癌与间变性甲状腺癌组织中分离甲状腺细胞，用于单细胞RNA测序。
