PHACT-miRBind D2.1 provides miRNA multiple sequence alignments and ancestral trees for phylogeny-aware analysis. It includes ortholog-derived alignments with 30 nt flanking regions, WGA-derived alignments from UCSC 470 mammals, and coordinate-based target alignments/trees on hg38.  Part of the PHACT-miRBind Project funded by Xjenza Malta, in collaboration with the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey, through the MCST/TUBITAK joint call for Research and Innovation proposals in Artificial Intelligence in Health.

PHACT-miRBind D2.1 数据集提供了用于系统发育感知分析的微小RNA(microRNA)多序列比对结果与祖先谱系树。该数据集包含三类核心数据:其一为源自同源基因、带有30 nt侧翼区域的比对序列;其二为基于UCSC 470种哺乳动物全基因组比对(Whole Genome Alignment, WGA)得到的比对结果;其三为基于hg38人类参考基因组坐标的靶标比对结果与谱系树。 本数据集隶属于PHACT-miRBind项目,该项目由马耳他Xjenza机构资助,并与土耳其科学和技术研究理事会(Turkish Scientific and Technological Research Council, TUBITAK)开展合作,依托马耳他科学与技术委员会(Malta Council for Science and Technology, MCST)与土耳其科学和技术研究理事会联合发起的健康领域人工智能研究与创新提案征集计划实施。
