cotton BSA sequencing

In order to accurately determine the QTLs affecting drought resistance of cotton from multiple aspects, we combined the characteristics of CSSLs population, screened 30 drought-tolerant lines and 30 drought-sensitive lines by MFVD method, and divided them into two mixed pools. BSA sequencing was performed on them respectively, and the candidate intervals were determined using QTLseqr.

为从多维度精准鉴定调控棉花抗旱性的数量性状基因座（Quantitative Trait Loci，QTLs），本研究结合染色体片段代换系（Chromosome Segment Substitution Lines，CSSLs）群体的特性，通过MFVD法筛选出30份抗旱种质与30份敏旱种质，并将其构建为两个混合测序池。随后分别对两个混合池开展集团分离分析（Bulked Segregant Analysis，BSA）测序，并借助QTLseqr工具定位候选基因区间。
