Ghana Diet Diversity and Food Security for Agricultural Biodiversity Assessment

The questionnaire elicited information on foods consumed and their sources for selected mothers and children of the households interviewed for the ABD-Assessment (24-hour recall); information on young and child feeding practices; and on household food security, and risk preferences of mother.
In the same households selected for the ABD-Assessment, one woman per household was selected. The first choice of respondent was a woman that had a child between 6 and 59 months old; if no woman was available with a child between 6 and 59 months, the interview was perfomred with the woman that usually takes care of the food preparation in the household. In case there were more women with children between 6 and 59 months living in the household,one of them was selected randomly. The same procedure was done if more than one child of the selected woman is eligible to participate in the study.
Three villages surveyed were in the Lawra District: Bonpari (Lat 10.67, Lon W002.81); Gbelinkaa (Lat N10.58, Lon W002.83); Yagtuur (Lat N10.55, Lon W 002.86)

本问卷为开展ABD评估（ABD-Assessment），面向受访家庭中选定的母亲与儿童，采用24小时膳食回顾法采集其食用食物及食物来源相关信息；同时收集婴幼儿喂养实践、家庭粮食安全状况，以及母亲的风险偏好相关数据。
在本次ABD评估选定的受访家庭内，每户选取1名女性作为受访者。首选受访者为家中育有6至59月龄儿童的女性；若家中无符合该年龄段儿童的女性，则由日常负责家庭膳食制备的女性接受访谈。若一户内存在多名育有6至59月龄儿童的女性，则随机选取其中1名；若选定女性名下有多名符合参与条件的儿童，亦采用相同随机选取流程。
本次调研覆盖洛拉区（Lawra District）的3个村庄：邦帕里（Bonpari，纬度10.67，经度W002.81）、贝林卡（Gbelinkaa，纬度N10.58，经度W002.83）与亚格图尔（Yagtuur，纬度N10.55，经度W 002.86）
