Evaluation of Labour Market Training in Vestfold County, 1994

The purpose with this study is to get better knowledge of the effect of courses in the context of work and further working training, and to develop criteria to get a better overview and control over the courses/ the quality of the courses. The study was made on an assignment from the county employment office in Vestfold. The sample contained of unemployed people in Vestfold County, drawn in the context of the particapators the working training (AMO). The gross sample was 100, and the net sample was 82. The net sample for all three phases in the data gathering was 65. The participators were followed up in three phases: a interview before the course, a questionnaire in the last week of the course and a telephone interview three months after the course was finished.
