Dataset for "Similarities in the behaviour of dance followers among honey bee species suggest a conserved mechanism of dance communication"

Two datasets containing the dance follower numbers and dance follower body orientation with respect to the dancer for the manuscript "Similarities in the behaviour of dance followers among honey bee species suggests a conserved mechanism of dance communication".The first contains the number of followers present in each zone around the dancer, during three different phases of the waggle run (Start, Middle and End) for all dances analysed from all three species.The second contains the body orientation of all the followers identified in the first dataset.Refer to the manuscript uploaded in bioRxiv for more details (https://biorxiv.org/cgi/content/short/2020.02.02.931345v1).

本数据集包含两项数据集合，对应预印手稿《蜜蜂物种间舞蹈跟随蜂行为的相似性表明舞蹈通讯存在保守机制》。第一项数据集合记录了在对三个蜜蜂物种的所有舞蹈样本开展分析时，摇摆舞（waggle run）运行的三个不同阶段（起始、中段与结束阶段）中，舞蹈蜂周围各区域内的跟随蜂数量。第二项数据集合则记录了第一项数据集中所识别出的全部跟随蜂相对于舞蹈蜂的身体朝向。更多细节可参阅上传至bioRxiv平台的该手稿，链接为：https://biorxiv.org/cgi/content/short/2020.02.02.931345v1。
