3. 职场体验与认知:求职预期困难、劳动报酬情况、个人工作投入程度、“多劳多得”还是“更多闲暇”的偏好、自身工作稳定性认知、职业发展机会与弹性工作制构建的重要性、将工作视为高强度体力劳动的认知、工作压力程度、工作后的体力耗竭情况、危险且有损健康的工作环境、个人对工作日安排或工作流程调整的话语权;
4. 通用工作评价:通用工作描述、在校或大学期间所学技能的实用性评价、劳资关系评价、工作氛围、工作满意度、近6个月缺勤情况、未来12个月的求职意向。
二、未就业人群专属调研
针对未就业人群,调研还涵盖:累计工作时长超1年者的上一份有偿工作结束时间、离职原因、求职预期困难、当前求职状态、求职方式以及主要收入来源。
三、人口统计学维度调研
人口统计学相关调研内容包括:性别、年龄、婚姻状况、与伴侣同居情况、受教育水平及受教育时长、当前就业状态、就职于私营还是公共部门、自主创业还是雇员身份、个人雇员、周工作时长、管理职能与管理幅度、企业规模、收入水平、宗教教派、宗教虔诚度、工会会员身份、社会阶层自评、左右政治立场自评、政党偏好、家庭规模及构成、城市规模、所属地区、原籍国或族群归属。
