Transcriptome sequencing of testes from C57BL/6 mice

9-week-old mice were subjected to testicular heat stress (bilateral testicular immersion in a 43 C water bath, 15 min/day for 3 consecutive days), with the control group treated with a 25 C water bath. Each group contains at least three independent animals.

将9周龄小鼠施以睾丸热应激（testicular heat stress）处理，具体操作为将其双侧睾丸浸没于43℃水浴中，每日15分钟，连续3天；对照组以25℃水浴处理。每组至少包含3只独立实验动物。
