A novel strategy for the synthesis
of sulfonylated lactones via
Ag-catalyzed radical addition/cyclization reaction of 1,6-enynes and
sodium sulfinates has been developed. The reaction presents high stereoselectivity
under mild conditions with C4 prochiral center construction in one
step. The ESR experiments and relevant mechanistic studies indicated
that a radical pathway should be involved in this transformation.
本研究开发了一种通过银催化1,6-烯炔与亚磺酸钠的自由基加成/环化反应合成磺酰化内酯的新型策略。该反应在温和条件下展现出优异的立体选择性,可一步构建C4位前手性中心。电子顺磁共振(Electron Spin Resonance, ESR)实验与相关机理研究表明,该转化过程涉及自由基反应路径。
