Sequences from solved structures were used to conduct BLAST and HMMER searches into 219 organisms from the EukProt v3 database and tBLASTn queries into the NCBI TSA, WGS, and SRA databases. These hits were verified via reciprocal BLAST, phmmer, HHpred, Phyre2, SWISS-MODEL, and AlphaFold.

本研究采用已解析结构对应的序列，针对EukProt v3数据库中的219个真核生物物种开展局部比对搜索工具（BLAST）与隐马尔可夫模型序列比对工具（HMMER）搜索，并针对NCBI TSA、WGS及SRA数据库开展tBLASTn查询。所得全部比对命中结果均通过双向BLAST、phmmer、HHpred、Phyre2、SWISS-MODEL及AlphaFold完成验证。
