arrA gene amplicons during soil incubation

Effects of four treatments (control, rice straw addition, gypsum addition, and hematite addition) on the redox-controlled cadmium and arsenic mobility in a paddy soil were investigated via an incubation experiment. Soil were sampled at different time points. Soil chemical properties were determined and soil DNA extracted. Amplicons of the arrA gene, which is involved in dissimilatory arsenic reduction, were sequenced on a Illumina MiSeq platform. The arrA gene was amplified with the primer set arrA-CVF1/arrA-CVR1 (Mirza et al. 2017).

本研究通过室内培养试验,探究了四种处理方式(对照组、添加水稻秸秆、添加石膏、添加赤铁矿)对水稻土中氧化还原调控的镉与砷迁移性的影响。试验期间于不同时间节点采集土壤样品,测定其化学性质并提取土壤DNA。参与异化砷还原过程的arrA基因(arrA gene)的扩增子在Illumina MiSeq测序平台上完成测序,本次扩增采用引物组合arrA-CVF1/arrA-CVR1(Mirza等,2017年)。
