Synergistic effects of PARP inhibition and cholesterol biosynthesis modulation

Investigate the effects of PARP inhibition in different contexts. Overall design: Investigate the effects of Olaparib and Niraparib treatment in T47D cells in presence/absence of PARP1 KO.研究不同实验条件下聚腺苷二磷酸核糖聚合酶（PARP）抑制的生物学效应。实验整体设计：探究奥拉帕利（Olaparib）与尼拉帕利（Niraparib）处理在存在或缺失PARP1基因敲除（PARP1 KO）的T47D细胞中的作用效果。
