Changes in biotic interactions are supposed to be a key driver of biodiversity effects on ecosystem processes. Here, plant-microbe interaction are of key importance as they affect also the interplay of plants and other organisms such as insects. Plant-associated microbiomes are either transferred from generation to generation via seeds or acquired from soil during plant growth.生物相互作用的改变被认为是生物多样性影响生态系统过程的关键驱动因素。在此语境下，植物-微生物相互作用（plant-microbe interaction）至关重要，因其同时会调控植物与昆虫等其他生物类群的互作关系。植物相关微生物组既可通过种子在代际间传递，也可在植物生长过程中从土壤中获取。
