Shotgun sequencing of CMLV received from BEI Resources in July, 2022. Isolated from supernatant of Cercopithecus aethiops kidney epithelial (BSC40) cells infected with CMLV, V78-I-2379.对2022年7月自BEI资源（BEI Resources）获取的CMLV进行鸟枪法测序（Shotgun sequencing）。该CMLV毒株V78-I-2379分离自感染该病毒的绿猴（Cercopithecus aethiops）肾上皮（BSC40）细胞的上清液。
