P-values and FDR for expression difference before and after the treatment are presented for each transcript. Expression levels are presented as TPM after TMM cross-sample normalization. RNAseq libraries are presented as coral morphotype (Colony/Polyp)_sampling time (pre/after)_biological replicate (rep1/rep2/rep3).
