Dietetic exposure pathway is designed to assess the influence of pure Cry1B insecticidal Bt protein, have given in the form of water after quantifying the minimum daily water intake volume by the adult spiders of P. astrigera. The effects of Cry1B Bt protein were assessed via survival weight gain and reproductive ability of the adult spiders and through the valuation of bacterial community via 16S rRNA analysis for the presence of bacterial microbiomes within the Cry1B fed spiderlings and spiders.
本数据集依托饮食暴露途径,旨在评估纯杀虫Cry1B型Bt(Bacillus thuringiensis)蛋白的生物学效应。实验前已定量测定星豹蛛(P. astrigera)成蛛的每日最低饮水量,随后以该定量饮水量为载体,将纯Cry1B型Bt蛋白溶于水中进行暴露处理。
