Phylogenomic study of the fleshy-fruited Sonerileae (Melastomataceae)

The phylogeny of the fleshy-fruited Sonerileae was reconstructed using 385 nuclear and 81 plastid protein-coding loci recovered from newly generated target capture data and previous studies.
