Index of Professional Equality in the City of Antibes

Already implemented in the private sector and within the State Civil Service, the requirement for the annual publication of an index on professional equality entered into force on 14 July 2024 within the Territorial Civil Service.
The Index is intended to measure the overall gender pay gap for established civil servants and contract workers, but also the gender promotion gap, as well as the number of public servants of the under-represented sex among the ten highest paid civil servants.
These indicators are calculated automatically on the basis of data collected in the framework of the Single Social Report (SSR). Non-achievement of the target set by the texts, which is 75 points, requires local authorities to produce and publish progress objectives on their website. Failure by the employer to meet this target for the fourth consecutive year will result in a financial penalty.
Consequently, pursuant to Article L. 132-9-3 of the General Civil Service Code, the City of Antibes published, on its public website, on 30 September 2024, its first index, which is 75/100 (in points), as well as the results obtained for each indicator, thus achieving the target imposed.
For the reuse of this game, whose conditions (open license / open license 2.0) are very flexible, it is however mandatory to mention the authorship of the information in the following form: ‘Source: City of Antibes, available on data.gouv.fr, updated on [insert last update date]’. Thank you.
