This dataset is developed by collecting and analyzing demand and consumption-related data of customers in the Jiangsu region for immunoglobulin preparations, aiming to understand the demand volume, purchasing power and consumption preferences of customers for such preparations, so as to gain deeper customer insights and assist all enterprises in the industry in formulating production and marketing strategies. For example, communicate with high-tier customers 1 to 2 times per month, medium-tier customers 1 to 2 times per quarter, and low-tier customers 1 to 2 times per half-year, thereby providing personalized products and services. 1. Data Collection: Collect transaction data related to customers' daily demand for immunoglobulin preparations. 2. Data Processing: Classify, merge and accumulate the collected data to facilitate subsequent analysis. 3. Algorithm Processing: Conduct demand analysis on the processed data using the formula below: P = {a1 (minimum single-order quantity)/b1 (minimum single-order consumption amount) + a2 (maximum single-order quantity)/b2 (maximum single-order consumption amount) + a3 (average order quantity)/b3 (average order consumption amount)} * k Where k is the consumption coefficient, which varies across different regions. Based on empirical values, the k value for Jiangsu is 0.8. 4. Data Classification and Grading: Divide customers into three tiers (high, medium and low) based on the calculated demand score.
