ExonSurfer-BLASTDB

ExonSurfer (https://github.com/CrisRu95/ExonSurfer) BLAST databases. BLAST DBs for human, mouse and rat mRNA with table matching ensembl ID to gene symbol, and BLAST DBs for the genomic DNA. Ensembl transcript database for human was enriched with refseq protein coding transcripts.ExonSurfer（https://github.com/CrisRu95/ExonSurfer）的BLAST（基本局部比对搜索工具）数据库集。该数据集包含针对人、小鼠和大鼠信使RNA（mRNA）的BLAST数据库，附带可将Ensembl标识符（Ensembl ID）匹配至基因符号的对照表，同时提供针对基因组DNA的BLAST数据库。其中人类的Ensembl转录本数据库已通过RefSeq编码蛋白转录本完成了富集扩充。
