Eucalyptus urophylla x Eucalyptus grandis Assembly - Alternate haplotype. Eucalyptus grandis

The aim of the project was to assemble the parental haplotypes present in an interspecific F1 hybrid of Eucalyptus urophylla x Eucalyptus grandis using a trio-binning approach. 本研究旨在采用三代分箱法（trio-binning），组装尾叶桉（Eucalyptus urophylla）与巨桉（Eucalyptus grandis）种间F1杂种所携带的亲本单倍型。我们针对所得单倍型基因组组装结果开展了全基因组共线性分析。本数据集包含以下内容：1）亲本的原始测序读段；2）备选单倍型基因组组装数据。
