Vdelta1 gammadelta T cells TCRdelta repertoire during HIV-1 infection under ART

We analyzed Vdelta1 gammadelta T cells TCRdelta repertoire using dam-PCR and MiSeq sequencing (illumina) performed by iRepertoire, Inc, (Huntsville, AL, USA) sorted from blood samples and unsorted duodenal intra-epithelial lymphocytes from the same donors in people with HIV-1 under antiretroviral therapy and controls without HIV. All subjects were CMV seropositive.

本研究针对接受抗逆转录病毒治疗的HIV-1感染者与HIV阴性对照者的同一供体，采用美国阿拉巴马州亨茨维尔市iRepertoire公司完成的dam-PCR及MiSeq测序（Illumina平台），对其Vδ1型γδ T细胞（gammadelta T cells）的TCRδ受体库（TCRdelta repertoire）进行分析。所用样本包括从该供体血液样本中分选获得的Vδ1型γδ T细胞，以及未分选的十二指肠上皮内淋巴细胞。所有受试者均为巨细胞病毒（CMV）血清学阳性。
