This dataset is primarily applied to the scenarios of intelligent traffic management and signal light optimization in Huzhou City. It targets specific traffic road sections within Huzhou (identified by their unique road section IDs) and monitors their traffic conditions over predefined time periods. By displaying the total number of vehicles, the number of stopped vehicles, and the calculated parking rate index of each road section, it quantitatively reflects the traffic congestion level and traffic efficiency of the target section. Higher parking rates indicate more severe congestion on the corresponding road section. This dataset provides objective decision-making support for traffic management authorities. It can help evaluate the effectiveness of signal control schemes for road sections, timely detect abnormal congestion nodes, facilitate the optimization and adjustment of intersection signal timing, and ultimately enhance the overall traffic capacity of urban roads.
