We reprogrammed mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs) into extraembryonic endoderm-like cells by small molecule-only. To further reveal its properties, the gene expression profiles of these cells were further analyzed by RNA sequencing. 本研究仅利用小分子化合物，将小鼠胚胎成纤维细胞（mouse embryonic fibroblasts, MEFs）重编程为胚外内胚层样细胞。为进一步阐明该类细胞的生物学特性，本研究通过RNA测序（RNA sequencing）对其基因表达谱展开了分析。实验设计概述：以小鼠胚胎成纤维细胞作为对照组，设置3个生物学重复样本；第5代与第30代的ciXEN细胞分别作为实验组1和实验组2，两组均各包含3个不同批次的细胞作为生物学重复样本。
