Bacteriophage M13 Raw sequence reads

These reads are from 12 phage populations involved in an evolution experiment following up on previous work. Six of the phages in this study (sample names will start with a single "I") were populations evolved in prior work and used to initiate a new experiment. The other six populations (sample names start with "II") are reads from populations evolved in the second study.
