Replication Data for: A combined experimental and computational approach reveals the effect of biofilm architecture on nanoparticle fate

This dataset provides data from single particle-tracking experiments of nanoparticles in Salmonella enterica Typhymurium biofilms, and nanoparticle locations in confocal laser scanning microscopy images. For repeats of Brownian dynamics simulations, we included the used segmented biofilms and simulated nanoparticle locations. This dataset is meant to be used with our source code.本数据集包含鼠伤寒沙门氏菌（Salmonella enterica Typhymurium）生物膜内纳米颗粒的单粒子追踪实验数据，以及共聚焦激光扫描显微镜（confocal laser scanning microscopy）图像中的纳米颗粒定位信息。针对布朗动力学模拟（Brownian dynamics simulations）的重复运行需求，本数据集纳入了经分割处理的生物膜样本与模拟生成的纳米颗粒定位结果。本数据集需配合本研究的源代码使用。
