<b>Intravenous Application of Human Umbilical Cord Mesenchymal Stem Cells Alleviate Neuropathic Pain by Suppressing Microglia Activation in Rats</b>

This study aimed to verify the analgesic effect of intravenous administration of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (HUC-MSCs) upon rats with chronic constriction injury (CCI)-induced neuropathic pain and the concomitant mechanism via modulating microglia.本研究旨在验证人脐带间充质干细胞（human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells, HUC-MSCs）经静脉给药对慢性压迫损伤（chronic constriction injury, CCI）诱导的神经病理性疼痛模型大鼠的镇痛作用，并阐明其通过调控小胶质细胞实现该作用的潜在机制。
